Emily Linscott had the greatest race of her Lucas Oil Formula Car Series 2020 season so far last weekend, finishing 4th in the final race at the Autobahn Country Club circuit.
After two days of practice, Emily qualified 4th for the first race of the weekend. The first two races did not work out the way she wanted, finishing 6th and 7th.
In race 3, Emily made her way up to 4th from P7 on the grid. She tried to make a move in the very last corner of the last lap, but fell just 0.04s short of a podium!
“The first couple of races were tougher than I expected, but I’m happy with how I was able to bounce back on the second day for the final race. I’m still learning every time I get in the car, and in every race and that’s important. I’m proud of how I drove and I’m looking to take that momentum forwards to Miami.”
The races in Miami will be in the very last weekend of September.
